opening camp day

June 18, 9:30 a.m.-3 p.m.

Each year, the Friends hold an Opening Camp volunteer day to spruce up the buildings at the Farm and Camp. From 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., we’ll spend the day opening buildings, sweeping, mopping, straightening, and getting camp set up for the season. Relish the breeze off of Newcomb Lake, share your time and skills, enjoy a tasty treat or two, and meet this summer’s new staff and other Friends of Camp Santanoni. farm landscape work days

july 16, august 6, september 24, 9:30 a.m.

AARCH will lead this year’s farm landscape work days beginning at 9:30 a.m. on the following Wednesdays: July 16, August 6, and September 24 (weather permitting). The group will work on various landscape tasks, including some weeding and invasive plant removal. Wear sturdy shoes and a hat, and bring sunscreen, insect repellant, a water bottle and a lunch if desired. Any personal hand tools would be appreciated!
